What causes hair loss?

Now the first thing most men turn to when they notice a change in their hair is to look at medicine and surgery.
That’s what sets this hair loss treatment guide apart from other sources of information: We’ll talk about that in a moment, however, what’s in your fridge and pantry is your first line of defense against hair loss.
What we want to do now is talk about nutrition as it relates to exercise.
After all, most men understand that in order to get good results at the gym, you also have to eat right.
Have you ever taken notice of how your muscles stop getting big and even start shrinking if you don’t consume enough protein?
Same with your hair.
If you want it to grow, you’ll need to give it the right nutritional building blocks.

Allowing your hair to get damaged is a major contributor to hair loss. If you’re hair begins to dry out and become brittle, it will fall out faster than usual. Spinach to the rescue.
Remember how Popeye used to throw back a can of spinach and his forearms would bulge with power? Spinach has the same (though less exaggerated effect for your follicles).
Oats can be seen as the happy medium of the foods we just covered: they’re rich in iron, fiber, zinc, iron, omega-3 fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which stimulate hair growth, making it thick and healthy.
Foods rich with magnesium help with hair growth. A lack of magnesium can cause hair loss. Halibut (and other types of fish) are very rich in the mineral. Now you can feel less guilty about that fish burger.
